Random error when starting chrome now

When I start chrome I am randomly getting this error:

SBIE2303 Could not hook OpenSCManagerA (ADV)
SBIE2318 DLL initialization failed for 'advapi32.dll'

Nothing with sandbox settings changed, sometimes it happens and I will clear the sandbox files and it won’t happen again. Then the next time it will. Started the other day but not sure what the cause or change was. Using 5.06, Windows 10 Pro 64, Chrome 48.0.2564.82 m

Not sure what to check.

Could be the cache build up in the SB. This is why routine deleting of contents of the sb is important.

Are you running any malware / antivirus? Registered or shareware version of SBIE?

I meant to say the error occurs sometimes when I do clear the sb. Sometimes I will clear and it will be fine, next time I clear it and start chrome I get the error.

I do have Nod32 and it is registered sbie

Nothing particularly jumps out. Nod is known to be ok and work. Did it install any Chrome addnons?

Nope, nothing new. Checked about updating everything out of sandbox. Just closed and cleared SB twice and got the same error from first post. Did it again and got slightly different with:

Definitely something related to Chrome. How about outside the sandbox? There are various threads out there with users having that happen (not mentioning SBIE) and some of the reported "fixes" was reinstalling Chrome.
