What happens after a power off to delete content

What happens after a power off to delete content

If a computer powers off without my permission, I don't get a chance to 'delete contents' - so what happens to that content upon powering up again? Does it reside someone during this process?
64 bit Windows 8.1, McAfee, ReHIPS 2.2,

Nothing gets out when computer powers off, contents remain inside the sandbox. After reboot, you can manually delete contents.
