Sandboxie will not start Web Browser (Firefox)

Running current version of Sandboxie 5.24 64 bit. Tried to Run Web Browser. Received the error messages of:
"C:\Program File\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
System Error code:
Incorrect function (1)"

and:
"SBIE2337 Failed to start program: [44 / 1]"

Pressing the Help button a Firefox message opened up:
"404 Not Found
We recently updated this site and the page you are looking for no longer exists.
Try a menu link above or a site search."
Tried Serch, which did not help.

Firefox is running great with Sandboxie, you shouldnt be having issues. There are many things you can try but post the information thats asked in this link.

Here are some of the things you can try. Have you deleted contents of the sandbox lately? If you haven't, do it now. You can also test using a new sandbox and or test using a new Firefox profile. Disable Multiprocess in Firefox, that could make the difference for you.

Post the information, perhaps your AV is conflicting with SBIE.
