Chrome 38.x & Sandboxie 4.14

Hi, just a quick update after some testing (on real machines, not VM):
- Windows XP (32-bit obviously): Chrome works under Sandboxie, Drop Rights on or off, doesn't matter - it works.
- Windows 8.1 (32-bit): Chrome works only with the Drop Rights feature turned off.
- Windows 8.1 (64-bit): same - Chrome works only with the Drop Rights feature turned off.
