enabling virtualization Dell Inspiron windows 10

I have not been able to make Sanboxie work with Chrome or Firefox because the tab crashes each time.
I am wondering if ENABLING VIRTUALIZATION IN BIOS will solve my problem. I found the following instructions:
Enabling Virtualization Technology in Dell Systems
Follow these steps to make Virtualization Techonology is enabled in BIOS.
Turn ON the System.
Press F2 key at startup BIOS Setup.
Press the right arrow key to Advanced tab, Select Virtualization and then press the Enter key.
Select Enabled and press the Enter key.
Press the F10 key and select Yes and press the Enter key to save changes and Reboot into Windows.
If I do this, will I risk rendering my computer inoperable or unbootable? Should I wish to change back, I assume that F2 during reboot, would still be accessible to me. Thanks for any help or suggestions. Should this fail, is it possible for me to pay to have someone come into my computer remotely and make Sandboxie work?
