Video sound not working under Sandboxie

O/S Windows 7 64bit
Browser Firefox version 51.0.1
When playing a video under normal Firefox, it works fine with sound.
When run under Sandboxie however, no sound on same video.
Sandboxie version 5.16 64 bit
Is there ANY setting I'm perhaps missing or am I looking in the wrong place (program)?

Hi.

I am a totally newbee.

I have a problem: Videos in sandboxed Firefox do not function or just have no sound.

When I start Firefox normally, I do not have any problem with videos.

What can I do to solve that problem?

Datas:
Win7 professional (64-bit)
Sandboxie, ver. 5.16
Firefox current or highest version
My Antivirussoftware is Avast
I also use Malwarebytes-AntiMalware
