Question about "Delete Sandbox" procedure

Post by Unknown_User_766 » Thu May 10, 2007 12:50 pm

i have a question about the "Delete Sandbox" procedure that seems to be slightly different then what appears in the " Getting Started" manual.

after completion of "Recover Files", the "Delete Contents of Sandbox"
window appears. when i click "yes" to delete the sandbox contents the next window that appears is:

"Delete Sandbox: some processes are currently sandboxed. please terminate them before deleting the contents of sandbox.

after "Terminating Sandboxed Processes" is completed are the files that were in the sandbox deleted or do i have to go back and repeat
"Delete Contents of Sandbox" in order to delete all the files??

thanks rube g

You have to repeat the delete procedure.
