Hi,
I have sandboxie 5.16 on Windows 10, and bitdefender Antivirus 2017.
My Firefox v50.1.0 is sandboxed.
But if I enabled the plugin "Wallet" of bitdefender i have the error "SBIE2335 Initialization failed for process bdwtxcr.exe [33 / 5]" each 5 sec.
SO it' s impossible to use Wallet with sandobixe.
Problem number 2 :
when you close the sandboxe, it's impossible to close bdwtxcr.exe in the sandboxie.
So the sandboxe is always enable. I have to reboot my pc to resolve the problem.
note: it's impossible to kill the process too (with firefox leader or not)

Re: Problem with Wallet of Bitdefender
Hello laclac1,
There are known conflicts with SBIE and Bit Defender:
https://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?Kno ... itdefender
http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... 11&t=21539
Here are some threads that may help setting it up (no guarantees):

Re: Problem with Wallet of Bitdefender
HI
Thank you for your answer.
But I read your doc but i don't have success.
"GO to Active Threat Control > and move the slider to "Off" "
is without effect because Wallet is a specific module without link with Active threat Control. Wallet manage just the passowrd in firefox. It's not really a module of security (antivirus).
"Sandbox settings>Program stop>Leader programs"
Doesn't work. It's impossible to kill an antivirus, and here, I think that bdwtxcr.exe is the module of antivirus with the same behaviour, so impossible to kill it.
Maybe you should exclude of the sandboxe, but i don't know if it's possible.

Re: Problem with Wallet of Bitdefender
laclac1, I doubt you can get Wallet working with Sandboxie. If it can be done, you should disable it before running the browser sandboxed or better, uninstall the module or plugin.

Thank you bo.elam
Sur I already disabled the plugin, because with it, I have the popup each 5 sec, so it's impossible to work :p
But I think it was a good tool :'(
I analyze just a little and wallet it's not a standalone plugin.
It call bitdefender in fact. And bitdefender isn't in the sandboxie, so I think wallet can't initiziale because I believe a program in a sandboxe can't call a program go out.
