Installation Problem (UAC)

Hello. Does Sandboxie need to be installed by right-clicking the installer file and then clicking "run as administrator"
in windows 7 or 8?

I installed sandboxie 3.76 the usual way by double left clicking the .exe file but i get errors when I start the program
and can only run the program by right-clicking the desktop shortcut and then clicking "run as administrator" . I then get the UAC
prompt everytime i run the program,which is annoying.

Note: My copy of sandboxie is licensed (v3.76) and I'm running Windows 7 ultimate 32bit.
