So... i decided to do a little test.
went to google, downloaded about every piece of virii spyware and mallware i could find, saved it on desktop,
ran them all... ALL!!! (that's about 50 executables) in sandboxie,
the result was devastating... my entire windows got f*cked up...
so... i had to reboot, and everything was just fine
deleted the content of the desktop (zip's including the bad stuff) and deleted the sandbox contents, ran hitman pro and NOD32, NOTHING totaly NOTHING was found infected...
this sandboxie... works great!
