Sandboxie & Charles Web Debugging Proxy

Charles Web Debugging Proxy 3.7 (http://www.charlesproxy.com/) -- requires Java
Google Chrome 26.0.1410.43 m

I'm having difficulty creating a Local configuration in which I can use Charles (not sandboxed) when Google Chrome is sandboxed (or if it is even possible). As of now, If I sandbox Chrome then open up Charles (not sandboxed), Charles cannot act as a proxy within Chrome; Charles only seems to work as a functioning proxy if Chrome is not sandboxed.

I'm hoping that somebody with better knowledge of constructing Local configurations can either come up with a Local configuration for Charles to proxy/interact with a sandboxed Chrome or let me know if it's even possible.
