Send To pref problem

I upgraded to 5.10 in Windows 7 x64. I have had this 'Send To' problem when I have upgraded, I'm not sure how often. I found a post of mine that I had it in 5.05 beta and I reported it there. This is the problem:

Despite having the 'Send To' menu unchecked in 'Windows Shell Integration' when I installed this version it re-enabled the Sandboxes in the 'Send To' menu, though it is still unchecked in Sandboxie. I toggled the preference and everything seems to be fine again.
