Is there a way to run inside a sandboxie all programs except something like this *.vbs *.bat *.com

Since those items will likely be files on a disk, you can use the Blocked Access setting to keep them from running:
Sandbox Settings > Resource Access > File Access > Blocked Access
"Edit/Add" button: *.vbs
"Apply" button
Repeat for the others.
