crash with symantec endpoint protection

hi all,
i am a regular user of symantec endpoint protection client
it has been working great with sandboxie in v12
but when i update to v14 today, firefox cannot be started in forced program
chrome is fine
does anyone have a trick to fix it?

Are you receiving any specific error messages when launching Firefox? IS this one?:

Have you deleted the contents of your Sandbox?
Does the antivirus include browser protection? If so, please disable it and re-try launching Firefox Sandboxed.

sandbox content deleted, not using any browser protection, no other new software/ driver/ addon installed recently

my system is:
windows 10 x64 home edition
sandboxie 5.18
firefox 53.0.3
antivirus: symantec endpoint protection client v14 build 1904

i make firefox as forced started with sandboxie
but when click on firefox, nth happen, no error msg, just like not pressing anything
when run outside sandboxie it is fine
also when right click on firefox -> run in sandboxie, it works
just no forced start
chrome and media player classic as no problem with forced start

Did you try these steps?:
In Norton, under Administrative Settings, disable both options under "Firefox Cleanup"
Does the issue occur in a new sandbox with default settings?

Can you please post your Sandboxie.ini output? (Use the Code button in the forum to format it).
You can access Sandboxie's configuration file by clicking on Configure-->Edit configuration
