Where is InternetAccessDevices documented?

Where is InternetAccessDevices documented? I searched but couldn't find it. I have some old configuration files and I noticed the INI format has changed for whitelisting internet access. For example, here's what I have currently:

Can you tell me exactly what InternetAccessDevices is blocking? Is Sandboxie blocking all of the net devices it used to? Also, is there a list anywhere of what IPC and file paths Sandboxie blocks by default? Thanks
