BSOD

I get a blue screen of death when I try to run a program in sandboxie 2.85. (Windows 2000 Professional [Service Pack 4]) After trying multiple times, the errors were kernel-related so I assume this is a problem with the sandboxie driver.

I'd like to email it to you but my email provider (gmail) only allows 10mB attachments, and the crash dump file exceeds the limit, as it's 256mB. I would use a service like YouSentIt, but I have privacy concerns. Although, it's possible for me to upload it if you accept PGP-encrypted files.

I am running the same OS as you are, and just about to go to 2.86. Does the reported problem persist with the latest version? Will wait with my install to hear the resolution.

I'm not sure if the operating system is the issue, tzuk stated that he has tested sandboxie on Windows 2000 SP4. Although, the problem persists with the latest version. (2.86)

PLEASE don't send me a 250MB dump file. Instead configure your system to produce a minidump file, and send that. Or even better, identify the third-party software or driver that is causing the conflict, and tell me what it is.

I've analysed the crash dump file, it turns out I have an old installation of Kaspersky Antivirus Personal installed that I don't even use.

After uninstallling KAV and installing Sandboxie again, it works perfectly.
