Do not start with "ad hominem" argues, troll.

I repeat:
No software company can survive by selling a product for $40 (most users don't even pay for the product, actually) and then provide unlimited developer time, 24/7 to diagnose what is wrong with 1 user's computer and their particular, personalized assortment of applications.
Do you need a guide to understand that?

Curt is recognizing that Invincea is not going to support the product as Ronen did.

I have been telling the support is not what it used to be and Curt just told I was right. No more, no less.

If Invincea told this from the beginning, there would not have been complaints.

What about Alan, JimC, ... or anyone from Invincea doing that? They are paid for the job, not us.

If they do not have the attitude to help Sandboxie´s users, personally I am not in the mood of doing it. But if you do it, I am not going to complaint. In the same way, I expect that when I ask for support, you do not complaint just because I do it.

Then you agree with Curt. Support will be a ticket submitted directly to Invincia. You are complaining about the lack of "support" in our forum. But you are a part of that forum.

A ticket that will be ignored in most cases because no software company can survive by selling a product for $40 (most users don't even pay for the product, actually) and then provide unlimited developer time, 24/7 to diagnose what is wrong with 1 user's computer and their particular, personalized assortment of applications.

Oh I see, you want it to be that forum members treat other forum members respectfully.

Soon or late you will find out that user support can not replace developer support. While user support is complimentary, developer support is mandatory.

I have been demanding developer support, not user support. Support required to solve incompatibility problems, something that only the developer can do.

And that is why Tzuk created a forum, so other people could voluntarily help out. But you want Invincia to be the ones that answer posts in the forum. And you complain when they don't.

And as lifetime license owner, as any customer of any product, I am in my right to demand support. In fact it is the logic. Only the idiots shut up when something like that occurs.

Yes and we are where we were before - show me a Sbie bug report.

No, incompatability goes to user support and all of the items below are 100% valid ways to respond.

1. Don't run/use/install this or that
2. Run/use/install this or that instead
3. Hardly anyone uses this or that
4. Sandboxie runs this or that just fine on my system
