@Curt
I can deal with the current state of things, I have no option other than leave but this program is really great to fight for.
Support it is and will be as is no matter what people/customers say in here, just don't shutdown this forum or worse, Sandboxie.

@Buster and Bo
Is not fair to make this a battlefield for personal dislikes among both of you.

And we test it ....... How? Since we no longer have control of our sandbox? Not exactly A+B+C=D

So the guy was using Kaspersky and now a long period of time later it is not working as expected. Ho-Hum
Reply my question: Can you imagine anyone writing something like that (I mean what monami wrote) when Roned used to give support?

And I tell you the same I just told to bo.elam: you pretend to contradict Curt, not to me.

monami is entitled to post his opinion of course. He did not clearly define anything. So support now is responding to someones' feelings?

monami already posted his opinion about lack of support and he agreeded with me.

Curt finally wrote me a message where he explains I was right because the priorities have changed.

What I try to mean is that if you pretend that support has been good, you are contradicting Curt which just recognized it has not been good. Do you understand it now?

Do you pretend there are not unresolved bug reports?

Seriously?

If you pretend that, sorry but I do not want to waste my time with a troll.

I think we disagree on "support" - for me "endless chatter" does not require a response from a developer. As far as standing with or without Curt. I just call it like I see it.

Yes, I can. This is from the same user you quoted, Monami.
monami wrote:Yeah...tzuk, the developer, has not been seen on the forum for at least 2 weeks now! If you have been following the forum you can clearly see that there are a lot of issues that have not been resolved! IMHO tzuk has been overwhelmed by problems ever since Sandboxie 4.0+ was released.

You know perfectly that at the final of 2013 Ronen was moving away already and passing the torch to Invincea.

Acquisition was announced just a few weeks later of the message you make reference:

http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... hp?t=17531

So your argument is not valid at all.

Case in point - posted just today - http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... 11&t=21048
What is "support" supposed to do with this kind of question? What would be interesting is to have Buster have a go at it. How about it Buster?
Want to put up or shut up? Jump in and solve this users problem, you are certainly qualified computer wise. Or do as you always do and just point out
that "support" isn't answering. This is the problem, this question belongs in "Anything Else".

JoeHood: What part of Curt´s message recognizing support has not been good for Sandboxie´s users you didn´t understand?

Did you miss also the part where he says perhaps it is time to shut down the forum?

And obviously you also missed where he says "I'm afraid the days of unlimited free Sbie developer time are over.".

You pretend nothing changed when Curt himself say things changed.

I just do not understand your fanboy attitude.

First troll? Now Fanboy? Put his quote in fully -

"But I am growing weary of the complaints and demands. Perhaps it is time to shut the forum down or end Sandboxie as a separate, home product."

And on top of that ......... he was speaking directly to you! It was in an private message ........ to you! Take the hint.

No software company can survive by selling a product for $40 (most users don't even pay for the product, actually) and then provide unlimited developer time, 24/7 to diagnose what is wrong with 1 user's computer and their particular, personalized assortment of applications.
Do you need a guide to understand that?

Curt is recognizing that Invincea is not going to support the product as Ronen did.

I have been telling the support is not what it used to be and Curt just told I was right. No more, no less.

If Invincea told this from the beginning, there would not have been complaints.

Buster this is all just because you couldn't match the advances in Sbie with your contributed utility beyond 3.76 is so painfully obvious - just so you know btw.
