SBIE2101 AlpcConnectPort error any process

Hello,
Sandboxie fails to start any process.

os: Windws 7 x32
sandboxie: 5.20
involved programs: cmd

i go to c:\Program Files\Sandboxie
then run Start.exe cmd
get following error:
SBIE2101 Object name not found: , error AlpcConnectPort (C0000022) access=01F0001 initialized=1
SBIE2314 Canceling process Start.exe [166388 / 7]

same issue with any other process, not only cmd.

Please help.
