SB(64), Windows 7(64), TurboTax 2014

I am currently running V4.15.11(64)beta of Sandboxie on a Windows 7 system which is fully updated.
During the update process of TurboTax Deluxe 2014, 3 out of 4 updates apply correctly. However, the fourth (the main program) does not.
I researched it on this forum and found only one mention of firewall rules, in a version of sandboxie that no longer has those options mentioned.
The error is listed as "Error rolling back firewall rules", and a full list is shown as attached;
