sbieDll.dll initialization Failed

when i open Sandboxie program

i received a message

a warring message its title is
(((mcagent.exe - DLL initialization Failed)))

and the warring message say
(((initialization of the dynamic link library c:\program Files\sbieDll.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally)))

and also i received Sandboxie warning message with these errors
