Sandboxie forces log in each time all sites

version 3.72 64 bit
On my desktop when I open sandbox browser IE9 my google homepage, netflix, etc loads correctly
On my laptop it forces me to log in each time to every site
I can't seem to find what is causing that

If I open IE 9 outside of sandboxie everything loads correctly
All settings are the same for Sandboxie on each system
