Cannot access internet

I was sandboxed when I was asked if I wanted to install the latest version of my web browser; I said yes and it completed.
Now I cannot access the internet using that browser sandboxed.
I now see that the Restrictions section in Settings says this will happen if I download the browser into the sandbox but I don't know how to remove the restriction so that I can get back in.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello JW01,

If the browser was originally installed outside Sandboxie, you will need to update it outside Sandboxie. Then, delete the contents of your Sandbox and re-try accessing the browser.
