Edit configuration warning message can't be hidden

Windows 7 x64 and Sandboxie 4.14. If I choose Configure > Edit Configuration there is an info message saying to edit changes into the sandboxie.ini configuration file. There is a checkbox for 'In the future don't show this message'. Even though I've checked it a few times I still get the messages. I am using a limited user account, maybe that is why?
