Opera hangs after update [SOLVED]

Yesterday I was pestered by Opera to upgrade so I did (unsandboxed), and now when I start it sandboxed it hangs with the message Loading.
The version is 47.0.2631.48 running on Windows 10.
It runs unsandboxed (which defeats the purpose) and Firefox runs sandboxed.
Any ideas?

Hello JW01,

Have you launched Opera outside Sandboxie after the update to ensure it went thru?
Did you delete the contents of your Sandbox prior to launching the new version of Opera?
Does the issue occur in a new Sandbox with default settings?

I deleted the contents of the sandbox and it worked!
I would never have made that connection.
I just assumed that the new version of Opera would take over where the previous one had left off.
