A question regarding licensing

Hello!

One of my laptops stopped working and I'm gonna buy a new one. I'm planning on installing Sandboxie (licensed/paid) on the new one. Do I have to somehow disable the Sandboxie on the old computer (since I won't be using it as it's dead)? Or I just install the Sandboxie on the new ond and insert the license and that's it?
