SBIE Error with Win 10 Fast Ring Build 14251 [SOLVED]

The issue has been fixed. A new Beta will be out shortly.
Windows 10 users who are subscribed to the Windows 10 Fast Ring release channel will get the error below with SBIE when using Build 14251.
