My account is subscribed to a thread I didn't subscribe to

This afternoon I received a topic reply notification for a thread I never subscribed to. The thread is:
hello i have problem with sandboxie
The thread was started this morning and in my subscriptions I see it listed. How it got there I have no idea. I wasn't even online or in the forum this morning and I just received notice of a reply to it.

That post was made in response to a completely unrelated thread so I moved it. You were probably subscribed to the original thread.
