Disablet internet

Hi! I love the disabled internet function of Sandboxie. If I get it right it disallows both, inbound & outbound connection, yes? Is there any such program which I could use outside of a sandbox to disable internet access (in & out) for my programs? I'm not looking for a big firewall program but for a small application with a function similar to the Sandboxie's "disabled internet". Thanx!

Windows 7 Firewall Control e.g.. You can do that in systray icon. (Win XP and Vista/7)

Thank you for the suggestion, I've found a similar program (http://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php). I have to test them both and decide which one is better for me.
