If you are using McAfee site advisor, you need to remove it. It interferes with Sandboxie.

This is the second case I see where the person has Windows Vista and Firefox 49.0.1 does not work. Please upgrade OS or downgrade firefox to 48.

If you watch all topics, there are a lot of people have the same problem and all, are under Vista.
Upgrading is not an option , in my opinion, if you stoped supporting Vista, better tell us so.

We do not support Vista. Please use firefox 48 or upgrade to Windows 7. There should be an update coming down soon so that everyone can be aware of this change.
