Then why do any program allow such sorting since, for you, only one kind of sort better than enough. Think before you write or don't jump to posts...
As a Workaround name your SB like this: 01-IE, 02-Chrome etc... so that numbering gives you some kind of sort... But be warned Renaming a SB is also a pain if you even do know how when you want to customize again...
It's a not critical yet sometimes to be annoying kind of feature such as when you have more BS' like around 10 or so and you feel you need some kind of hierarchy like browsers on top, office tools at bottom etc...
It actually came along with the choice of programming language and UI framework of choice. With some you don't even need to write a single line of code and on some others you have to write it from scratch... In short I don't expect to see it considering other requests yet a good one if SBIE decides a face-lift...
