sandboxie 3.0 is conflicting with other softwares

Post by carioca » Wed Aug 01, 2007 8:28 pm

Dear Sandboxie Fans and Support Forum,

I've finding some conflicts with the last Sandboxie version 3.0. As for example, when using the default browser it gets very, but very slow the browser navigation. It becomes almost a turtoise step. About sandboxie quick launch, It terminated my default browser unexpectedly. The previous version proved to be much better. I would like Tzuk make a full review because as a registered user I'm a little disappointed. I think Tzuk may improve better. Best Regards.

I'm afraid sad faces won't help: I can't guess what your problem is. I'd like to see it fixed, just as much as you do, but that means you have to be more specific about the problem.

Hi, buddy. Exactly you commented in your previous thread. But in tough comparisons, I think I rode on a mule. Perhaps I have some spywares in my computer or I downloaded a Sandboxie with some corrupt files, but other hand, It can be version 3.0 defect. surely sad faces won't help ourselves. Sandboxie author has to face it. Best Regards.

Well, what would you suggest that I do? All I can do is try to work with the person who has a problem, in an effort to resolve the problem. Usually that works.

I can understand if you don't have the patience for that, but you can't expect me to just know what it is that causes problems in your system.

You'll just have to switch back to version 2.86, until whatever problem you're having, is resolved.

Hi, Tzuk. Thank you for your prompt reply.First the navigation got very slow as I described before and later on I coudn't use any browser with sandboxie3.0 anylonger. Afterwards, I find out a spyware inside my computer. Thus, I don't know the cause of the problem all right. Now, I will redownload again and check the version 3.0 with my system already cleaned or if doesn't work, I will follow your advice by using sandboxie version 2.86. I will let you know if the problem is solved or not. Anyway I appreciated your worry. Best Regards.
