How should I configure my Comodo or Zone Alarm Firewall?

Hi I'm going to try using a third party FW and I'm leaning towards Comodo that or Zone Alarm now I see that there have been some issues lately with Comodo FW and SB and I understand that I might have to disable certain features in it, and since I already have the Adobe P.mode disabled in flash&reader I don't need to worry about those two programs causing problem with Comodo FW so should I disable all of these as well:

Comodo Firewall 6.0.260739.2674
- Behavior blocker/HIPS DISABLED
- Auto-sandbox DISABLED
- Detect installers and show privlege elevation alerts DISABLED
- Do heuristic command-line analysis for certain applications DISABLED
- Detect shellcode injections DISABLED


Note: I can understand disabling the auto sandbox feature that could overlap with SB.
But the rest I'm not a %100 sure about.

Comodo has a more recent version then the one you are using. This version fixed the problems between Sandboxie and Comodo.
