ISSUE: SBIE and Office 2013 [Poss 2016/365] C2R included

We are seeing some issues with the most recent Office KB from July / August.
Office 2013 will just hang. Had a few reports of this in 2016, but haven't been able to repro it in 2016/365 as of yet
At this time, there is no ETA on a fix.

If you remove the KB's, Office functions in SBIE

Same here... Problem is I just installed Office 2016 today (a fresh install), so there is no way to get the problematic updates out of it (they're integrated by the installer I assume).

@Craig: since you said the dev almost had it figured out; is there any progress on this? Otherwise I'd rather install Thunderbird on my son's high school laptop for now - it's a wild west out there, so Outlook outside of a sandbox is a no-go...
