Disable Forced Programs - configurable time delay tray icon

Post by doktornotor » Wed Apr 07, 2010 2:03 pm

Can this be made somewhat configurable? Clicking on disable forced programs makes the forcing disabled for something like 10 seconds, can't even click the shortcut that fast sometimes if it's burried somewhere deeper in start menu. Thanks.

At your service ... :D
Well, now I probably look like an idiot... but sorry, I don't get any such popup with latest beta. :?: :?

EDIT: Well... I get, from the File menu. Can this be made to work from the tray icon as well? Thanks. (Changed subject accordingly)

No, but the setting you make from the File menu is remembered, and will be used from then on.
If you set it for a longer time than needed, to can immediately put forcing back in effect by:
Right-click the tray icon
(You will see a check mark beside Disable Forced Programs)
Left-click to uncheck it, and forces are back in effect (the time setting that you previously made, is still remembered though)

Thanks for explanation, however, that was a feature request aimed @tzuk, not a really a question - sorry for confusion. I really think things should work consistently no matter how invoked (menu, tray icon, keyboard shortcut or whatever).

Ah, yes.
Sometimes I forget the fact that I'm reading a post in the Feature Requests section of the forum.
