how to 'empty sandbox'?

Keep it simple is my motto. I haven't emptied the sand box since it was installed (by a computer repairman with out my consent) in over a year. How do I do it??

Right-Click on the Yellow Pizza down in the System Tray, then select DefaultBox and then Delete Contents.
