A way to export as text the list of files placed by program

I use sandboxie primarily to give me a list of areas effected by a particular program on install, runtime and uninstall. I would love to have a way to take the files and folders list that is generated in Sandboxie and make a text or word Doc or even an Excel doc from that accumulated list of files. (possibly an export to csv, xml, txt, doc) If there is already a way of doing this that doesn't involve opening through windows explorer and running a command prompt type situation, please tell me. This would be a major solution for me.

I would also love to have a registry list feature.
So when you install a program, to have a list of all the Registry keys and values created/modified.
