Program in sandbox should open links in a different sandbox

Unfortunately I have not found it in the forum.

I would like the Pidgin in Sandbox #1 opens links in Chrome running in Sandbox #2.

How I can do something like this?

There is a contributed utility, but no support for something like that in Sandboxie.
