SB 4.14 - D2 Hero Editor runtime error

When running Diablo II Hero Editor 1.04 sandboxed - SB 4.14/XP SP3, said application pops up error msg: "Run-time error 480: Can't create AutoRedraw image", then starts up and hangs. This does not happen with SB 4.12. Obviously something has changed in v4.14 that may potentially be affecting many other applications as well. Whether you care to investigate is up to you.
