Drop rights manually

hello! Can anybody describe all changes make option "dropped rights". I want to make sandbox with same settings manually, but make rules more "softer" (I want to add access to windows installer to install software). I want to balance between security and comfort for my SB settings. (Its like restriction levels in comodo sandbox). Is this balance possible?
