Enable LAN access?

So i normaly play games and use most programs in a sandbox, but i have a quick question about lan.
I have a game under the name "Arma 2 Combat Operations" and to host a lan server i set reportingip="127.0.0.1" in the config.
Its suppost to turn up in my lan list but doesnt, am i suppost to change
Restrictions --> Hardware access --> Permit programs to alter network and firewall parameters? or am i wrong?

You have to enable hook into other programs to get lan, all wrong this is!!!

Realy, i have done some research but cannot find out why sandboxie is blocking the lan loopback, i mean, is their an option for this nywhere?

UPDATE: it works if i run the game inside sandboxie, however it wont work if i dont... any idea how i can allow it to get access to run it like i can access it whitout running programs inside sandboxie?
