I briefly discussed this in this forum previously. I want to run IE in my default sandbox. I want to run Outlook Express in a separate sandbox.
Is there a way to:
1. Create a separate sandbox named "email" then
2. Force Outlook express to open inside the email sandbox?
After I do this, I can use Tzuk's tip from a previous post to configure my default sandbox so that nothing in that sandbox can have access to the email sandbox. It seems like this would add an extra layer of security, I just don't know how to do it.
Can someone explain in "computer dummy" terms?
Can you force a program to open in a specific sandbox?

Yes this can easily be done, to answer question 1, just open up Sandboxie Control, goto Configuration -> Create New Sandbox..., it will then ask you to give it a name, in your case that would be "email" then hit ok.
Now second question: so you want to set it so that outlook will automatically sandbox in the "email" sandbox instead of the "DefaultBox", well just goto edit your configuration, and then you should see in the list
[email] <- (name of your new sandbox )
Enabled=yes
CopyLimitKb..... blah blah blah
well just put this line anywhere under "[email]":
ForceProcess=outlook.exe
now outlooke express will automatically sandbox when you run it AND it will sandbox in the "email" sandbox you created, well i hope thats the answer you were looking for.
