Windows 10x64 Insider Preview (FastRing)Build 14295[FIXED]

Users running Windows 10x64 Fast Ring Build 14295 may experience crashing with Chrome x64 and Firefox 64 in SBIE Beta v5.11.1.
In Chrome, a webpage will seem to load fine...it will then just disappear.
In FF, you may get the same behavior OR you will immediately get a Mozilla crash reporter launch.
Chrome 32 and Firefox 32 appear to work just fine under this Win 10 FR build. It's only limited to x64 bit browsers
