New Skype Issue; not responding, already signed in

Deleted contents, restarted computer, no help. I am using Sandboxie v 3.76 64bit on win7

Skype stops responding, lags for a while, then appears normal and lets me sign in. When I sign in, it gives me the error "You are already signed in on this computer. Please sign out and try again" (I am not.) This issue only happens when sandboxed, I disabled forced sandboxed programs and I was able to sign in and sign out normally without any problems or freezing. I was also able to use Skype normally in a sandbox until the most recent windows updates, I believe after I restarted my computer from applying the most recent updates is when this problem started.
