[help] Bit Che can not be used while in the sandbox

hallo sandboxie users, can you help me, I tried to use an app called Bit Che (http://convivea.com/product.php?id=2) on Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional with Media Center 64 bit but the application is not running well, I've been using Bit Che in windows 7 home premium 64 bit and this app goes well
in windows 8 application is running well when I tried it outside the sandbox, but when I run it in the sandbox I do not display the search results, such as can not connect to the internet
please help me with this problem
I use sandboxie premium version 4.12
