How does sandboxie interact with antivirus software?

If sandboxie is intercepting disk writes, isn't operating at substantially the same level as antivirus programs? Is there any negative interaction between the two (both competing for the system call, sandboxie intercepting the write before the antivirus can get to it, etc.)?

Hi,

Data security is the means of ensuring that data is kept safe from corruption and that access to it is suitably controlled. Thus data security helps to ensure privacy. It also helps in protecting personal data.
Verisign certificates from http://www.ssl.com/ and a host of other digital certificates are there where 256 bit encryption is provided from most SSL certificate vendors so you can enjoy a secure ecommerce and network security environment.

Not negative interaction in the BSOD sense, but, people report that some anti-viruses fail to test items in the sandbox. But some (other) AVs work fine.
