Move License to new computer

I have the 5 computer lifetime and I need to move 1 lic from one computer to another. The computer I'm moving from
is permanently being shutdown.
How do you move it? I see no way in the about box etc. Do you just uninstall the software?

okay, answered....
Just uninstall on old computer and reinstall on new and used same key.
Great! Finally a key system that works like it should.

Is it possible to move license if "old" computer is broken, so it is not possible to login and unistall/clear license info there?

Is it possible to move license from one computer to another if first one is broken and so it is not possible to uninstall/clear registration for sandboxie
