I don't think I want that, it will prevent or at least deter casual posters from posting download links and that will get in the way of reporting problems.

They can provide URLs in a private message or they can use something like:

That's what I meant by "deter". By the time we're done explaining how to post URLs, they already lost interest and went somewhere else...

No, it´s not. Anti Delete and BSA are separated contributed utilities.
