Suspicious executable not running in SBIE

Dear Friends,
I just bought SBIE and installed latest beta (on W10).
My goal is to use SBIE for checking false/positive antivirus detection.
When file is detected as malware/virus it's copied to Excluded folder (which is excluded from AV detection) and I try to run in in SBIE.
Some of them are not even run. Is there any log inside SBIE to check what this executable trying to modify/write?
Or do you think malware can detect SBIE and will not run?
