can not start anything in the sandboxie

sandboxie version 5.22
everything

whenever I want to start something then comes SBIE1222 Error with security token: [C0000001 / 31]
SBIE2314 Stop process Start.exe
this mistake

How are you triggering the issue?
Does it occur in a new sandbox with default settings?
Is it specific to an application?
Please provide steps to reproduce.
Are you using applocker or anything similar?
Is there an antivirus installed?
